Vision

Wzith nearly two decades of hands-on experience, I started working on construction sites at the age of 14 navigating through various trades until I became an apprentice carpenter. In my first year, I assumed leading hand roles, which led to me owning and operating my own construction company as the sole Director. Juggling full-time work and studies, I managed 35 to 45 contractors and staff while actively participating in on-site work, delivering over 10 Stick frames each week. My projects varied from 4-bedroom project-style houses to 3-bedroom townhouses (packs 2-10), and even full concrete constructions with basement excavations. Every aspect was architecturally designed and completed to the highest standards, with no tolerance for standard deviation from one job to the next.
Throughout my career, I not only honed my skills as a hands-on tradesman but also took on key roles in site management, superintendent, and project management divisions within Tier 1 projects. My transition into management afforded me the chance to oversee and consult on various multimillion-dollar projects. These included the premier flag ship Uniqlo store on Queen Street in Brisbane, the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in North Brisbane, enhancements to the Brisbane Convention Centre in the CBD, upgrades to the Brisbane Art Museum also in the CBD, the EB Games headquarters in Port Brisbane, and several residential high-rises across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
While managing my business and pursuing further education, I devoted my evenings to earning a Diploma in Building and Construction as well as Small Business Management. This pursuit provided me with a comprehensive understanding of accounting, business management, and entrepreneurship, which has been crucial in overcoming the financial and operational challenges of operating a successful enterprise.
After suffering a back injury, I made the difficult decision to step away from hands-on construction. However, my passion for property and development led me to the real estate sector, where I partnered with one of Australia’s top 5 Elite real estate agents. Within my first 18 months in real estate, I exceeded expectations and achieved over $100 million in sales revenue. I received multiple accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Platinum GCI status, and the distinction of being the number three agent within my agency. While some may attribute success to luck, I firmly believe it’s the result of relentless hard work and unwavering dedication. It’s the consistent effort, the late nights, the persistence in the face of challenges, and the commitment to excellence that truly pave the way for lasting achievements. In my experience, the more you put in, the more you get out, and that’s not luck—it’s the power of determination, resilience and hunger.
